I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the dining at Guy's Steakhouse was top-notch with some of the best steak I've ever tasted. On the other hand, the room I stayed in was outdated and had a blocked window, plus the corridors and common areas were in desperate need of cleaning. It felt like the hotel could use some serious renovations to enhance the overall experience.
